ok this is ridiculous. i need to get off my butt and workout for a few reasons.
1. i'm getting married in less than six months and i'd like to make sure there are NO double chin shots.
2. since i don't have a job, i should make better use of my time aka workout more.
3. by sleeping in late and most of the day, i can't get to bed at a normal hour anymore. this is getting to be a problem.
here's the plan. i have a wii fit, netflix account for workout videos, and a free gym membership where the gym is only open monday through thursday. i'm going to use one, two, or all three of these mechanisms hopefully everyday to drop weight, feel healthy, and sleep better at night. an added bonus will be to have better balance also.
wish me luck. i plan on keeping track of my success on this blog. i want to fit into some of my jeans soon too.
